As ambulatory surgical centers continue to grow in number and popularity, new challenges seem to crop up each year. In this article, Becker’s ASC Review interviewed three ASC administrators in Ohio, Minnesota and Washington State.
These administrators were asked what their biggest challenges have been so far in 2014. Concerns with staffing issues, changes from the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and operational procedures are discussed.
