FAQ of the Week: If I fail the examination, what will happen?
If you do not pass the exam on your first attempt, there is no need to worry. The test will reset automatically and you will be sent information about all the questions you answered incorrectly. This way, you can review the important information you need to successfully pass the test. Once you are familiar and feel comfortable with this information, you can retake the exam at your earliest convenience. There is no additional charge to retake the certification test.
